Save as many lives as possible

This feels obvious and intuitive, but we do not always see that opportunity cost is a real cost and choose to maximize the number of lives we save.

rationality, from a to z#^32bf5c|some even say saving fewer lives than you could have is akin to murder. I don’t buy that, though I do believe our duty to maximize our positive life saving impact is significant.
