A New Federalism

An idea for a political philosophy

Essentially I think the idea here would be to reasses what types of systems should be managed and funded locally.

This could include making less important local financial sharing like public school funding and UBI becoming federal level uniform distributions

There can be a balance with this approach that still allows local customization and adjustment, but it allows the federal government the most basic considerations ( education, welfare system)
