Thinking about this mainly in the context of a work structure, especially with the goal of achieving flow.

This means that a good structure does not always require planning to be the guiding activity. There should be a natural bumping into other ideas and other insights that allow for dynamic path determination (very much like a spaced everything). A safe structure allows for planning to be minimal, and instead opens up an environment where what needs to be done is malleable and can be adjusted dynamically.

How this would work in a team or business environment is an interesting question.
